Over $240 million donated in grants,
3.5+ million hours of community service, and
Technology donated to more than 39,000 nonprofits and educational institutions.

Through Pledge 1%, this model has gone global, with more than 18,000 companies in 130+ countries joining the movement. It’s a powerful framework for integrating purpose into business operations—and at Cloud Integrate, we’re all in.

1% of Time: Our team dedicates time to volunteering for causes that reflect our values, such as mentoring underrepresented talent in tech and supporting environmental restoration projects.
1% of Resources: As Salesforce experts, we offer pro-bono consulting services to nonprofits and social enterprises, helping them harness technology to amplify their missions. This includes building streamlined solutions for fundraising, volunteer management, and operational efficiency.
1% of Equity: While we grow as a company, we’re committed to sharing that success by supporting organizations that drive equity and environmental impact.

Sustainability: Turning Intent into Impact

The 1% Pledge aligns perfectly with our sustainability efforts, particularly through our partnership with 1T.org. For every Salesforce implementation we deliver, we fund the planting of trees to offset carbon emissions and restore ecosystems. It’s a small but powerful step toward tackling the climate crisis, and it’s a tangible way we bring the 1% Pledge to life.

We also integrate sustainability into how we work, from encouraging remote collaboration to reducing our operational footprint. It’s not just about planting trees—it’s about living out the principles of environmental stewardship in every aspect of our business.

The 1% Pledge also gives us a framework to deepen our commitment to diversity and inclusion. At Cloud Integrate, we believe that technology should be built by teams that reflect the world it serves.

We are proud to have a diverse and international team, with a gender split of 60:40 in favour of women and employees from eight different countries and cultures working together to solve complex challenges.
