Novagraaf called out for Salesforce expertise to revamp their processes, increase collaboration, and develop state-of-the-art reports and dashboards

Challenge


Novagraaf indicated required a system that would accurately capture opportunity details, report on pipeline, and forecasting to speed up their business processes. Furthermore, they wanted to monitor weekly changes in performance and impact on targets. In addition, Novagraaf wanted to create PFD quotes directly from Salesforce as well as alerts, notifications, and approval processes based on specific business criteria.


Lastly, Novagraaf wanted every employee to communicate with relevant team members in the context of specific records and share documents whenever needed.

The Cloud Integrate Solution


Novagraaf partnered with Cloud Integrate to resolve their challenges and set up Sales Cloud.


For starters, we developed an efficient opportunity management process shaping a 360 view of the customer. Reports and dashboard display all key sales KPIs in real time, including accurate forecastings. Additionally, the native Quotes functionality was implemented to create PDFs.


We built sales process automations customized according to Novagraaf wishes, including their approval processes. Lastly, Chatter was configured to create appropriate groups to facilitate collaboration on accounts and opportunities.


All employees of Novagraaf were fully trained and introduced to the new working methodology, so everyone was able to start working with these new implementations as soon as possible.

Results


100% of sales opportunities are now being captured and tracked on the system. After implementing Chatter, engagement among team members significantly increased leading to a high degree of user adoption.


The creation of automated notifications resulted in higher amounts of tasks per deal created, Which helped closing deals faster.
